The image above is a facsimile of one of the green extraterrestrial stone tablets excavated in the South Pole in 1947. It was brought to Roswell, New Mexico becoming the focus of intense scrutiny by a series of scientists led by anthropologist, Dr. Margaret Mead.

A diverse group of scholars studied and speculated about the markings engraved on the slabs, believed to be from the mythological planet “Krypton,” the name used as a cover to hide the existence of a real planet that had been discovered.
